ROVE HOTELS : Your Home Away from Home

There is no place like ROVE!

Staying true to their promise, ROVE HOTELS is your home away from home.

It is inevitable that in an urban and highly sophisticated place like Dubai, we tend to seek for all the glitz and shimmer that it has to offer. That’s why when we discover a dainty-looking place, much more a hotel in the heart of the city, we are instantly hooked.

Maybe it’s the “homey” vibe that it has; the warm welcome they offer like you just visited your family or friend’s place; the easy and relaxing ambiance that the décor makes you feel. All of these little details make up for a memorable stay at ROVE HOTELS.

Located at DIFC just opposite the Dubai Mall and in the center of the metropolitan, there stands a 14-storey building called ROVE HOTELS. It just opened a few months ago but ever since, it has always been fully booked. It’s been making a wave in social media where their followers get a glimpse of what they could offer.

Me, the Roving Rover

When my husband and I arrived to check-in, the minimalist interiors welcomed us along with the friendly staff. I asked for a room with the Burj Khalifa view but due to the 101% full booking, there was no available one. They tried to look for it but no luck! I didn’t want to spoil our stay so they offered me a room with the city landscape view and I was satisfied. We were at the 11th floor overseeing the landscape of Business Bay. The city lights were the validation that we were still in Dubai.

After settling in, we went down to have some refreshments. Here’s the cool part… They have a 24/7 store (Zoom) where you can  buy anything without ever going out! They also have an in-house Starbucks to boost your caffeine level.

ROVE HOTELS also boasts their facilities. They have their own gym for fitness buffs. There’s a pool outside which is accessible to everyone even the kids, since an alert lifeguard is always there. They have a Business Center (conference room for corporate meetings), Prayer room and restaurant.

After a refreshing pool session, we went ahead for dinner and we were welcomed by The Daily – where you can dine in two ways: buffet or made to order. I love their menu. It ranges from light to heavy meals to sweet dessert and milkshakes.

And of course, we wouldn’t miss their room service to have our midnight snack! Who needs sleep, anyway? Lol.

The Morning After

As we woke up, I needed a coffee fix and my big breakfast! We went down and I saw The Bench again! I missed it. I had my fair share of memories with it when it was still at The Pavilion. I’m happy that it has its new home. 🙂

The Bench is an open-buffet brunch for everyone. It’s open from 8am to 11am. Each plate for adults costs AED 99.00 and AED 49.00 for kids. You can literally have everything with that price! Unlimited toasts, cereals, coffee – all you see on that table!

To sum it up, ROVE HOTELS exceeded my expectations. ROVE is oozing with creativity that connects diverse people through all platforms; they have a very vivid vision to offer and they explore beyond boundaries.  With all these in mind, this place will surely be a hit in the years to come!

I, for one, will visit with my family again! I am satisfied with everything and I recommend this to everyone. I hope that you will discover this place when you visit Dubai or if you’re currently here and you want to have a mini-escapade.
